The adventure begins with a 15-minute journey aboard our specially designed tractor for tourist transportation. Once we reach the mountaintop, the exciting descent through a series of cables begins, which includes 15 platforms and 14 cables with a total course of 3.5 kilometers, including the longest cable in the area of 2400 feet.

· Reservation requests will only be effective if they have a confirmation sent by our reservations department. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their reservation has been received and confirmed correctly by CRAT.
· For a service request to be valid, payment must be made in advance at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
· Any modifications must be notified 48 hours before the service (dates, participants, times, etc.) and must be requested and confirmed via WhatsApp Business or email. They are also subject to availability and may require additional charges.
· Any cancellation request made 48 hours before the service date will be 100% refundable.
· Any cancellation request made less than 48 hours before the service date will incur a 50% penalty.
