Our journey in the world of coffee began in 2005 when one of Don Juan’s sons and a nephew decided to open a café in Monteverde. They used the coffee produced on Don Juan’s small coffee farm and quickly realized the growing curiosity of visitors to learn more about coffee. It was then that they brought a coffee plant to the café, but visitors still wanted to know more.
This continued interest from tourists led to the birth of the Coffee Tour Don Juan in 2006, and since then, we have accumulated over a decade of experience in coffee production and history. During the tour, you will not only learn about the coffee process but also explore Don Juan’s farm, where you can see coffee plants, cocoa, and other locally grown products up close.

· Reservation requests will only be effective if they have a confirmation sent by our reservations department. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their reservation has been received and confirmed correctly by CRAT.
· For a service request to be valid, payment must be made in advance at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
· Any modifications must be notified 48 hours before the service (dates, participants, times, etc.) and must be requested and confirmed via WhatsApp Business or email. They are also subject to availability and may require additional charges.
· Any cancellation request made 48 hours before the service date will be 100% refundable.
· Any cancellation request made less than 48 hours before the service date will incur a 50% penalty.
