- For a service request to be valid, payment must be made in advance at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
- Any modifications must be notified 48 hours before the service (dates, participants, times, etc.) and must be requested and confirmed via WhatsApp Business or email. They are also subject to availability and may require additional charges.
- Any cancellation request made 48 hours before the service date will be 100% refundable.
- Any cancellation request made less than 48 hours before the service date will incur a 50% penalty.
